Looking to join an awesome growing business for a full-time permanent role? We are hiring Mixer/operator for a baking company which makes delicious vegan muffins and cupcakes located in Georgetown near the border of Brampton and Mississauga

Scaling ingredients, mixing batter and depositing the batter

Responsibilities
Scale all ingredients according to recipes.
Scale and place ingredients in mixing bowls and move into mixer and depositor
Fill mixers with pre-measured ingredients in correct sequence.
Operate mixing machine and add correct quantities to correct bowl.
Operate water meter, monitoring amount and temperature.
Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use.

Wash and clean the machines as per the food safety standards
Follow all applicable food safety,



health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a baker/mixer is an asset but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace and willing to learn
Ability to learn quickly baking process and procedures
Lifting required (25KG)
Training will be provided for the right candidate
