Responsibilities

Prepare and explain repair recommendations, estimates, and service options; support sales and appropriate upselling.
Coordinate repair progress, provide timely updates, and maintain accurate service records.
Process payments and handle cash accurately while delivering attentive customer service.
Requirements
Robust customer service and communication skills, practical mechanical knowledge,
and the ability to explain automotive repair recommendations clearly, coordinate details, and handle cash accurately. Mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with automotive repair services are valuable; sales ability and confidence identifying appropriate repairs can help customers understand relevant service options.
