Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cashier/Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and assisting customers with product selection. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and sales processing
Conduct product demos and provide technical information to customers interested in technology or electronic products
Upsell additional items and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-organized on the sales floor
Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations for accurate billing
Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise displays
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times




Support team members during busy periods by sharing organizational tasks and maintaining efficient workflow

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Solid communication skills in English
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
Knowledge of merchandising principles and product demos is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy hours
Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation required
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive shopping experience
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail necessary for maintaining store presentation
