About the Role:We’re looking for a customer-focused Sales and Loaning Specialist to join our team! If you have retail sales experience and love working with people, we want to meet you. Pawn experience is great, but not required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting customers with loans, purchases, and sales
Evaluating items like jewelry, electronics, tools, and more
Processing transactions and handling cash
Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming
Providing friendly, professional customer service
Learning and growing in a quick-paced, supportive workplace

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
Pawn or second-hand sales experience is a bonus — but not required
Robust communication skills and a positive attitude




Comfortable handling cash and working with customers
Detail-oriented and reliable
A team player who wants to learn and grow

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
