Duties
Consult with clients, listen to their preferences, and deliver hair styling suited to their requests.
Maintain sanitation by cleaning tools and work areas between appointments and keeping shared spaces orderly.
Recommend relevant services or retail products through helpful, customer-focused upselling.
Support front desk tasks, communicate appointment details clearly,



and assist with retail sales.

Qualifications

Required: Transparent communication, customer service, practical hair styling ability, and consistent sanitation habits are essential for serving clients and maintaining a protected, qualified workspace. Preferred: Related barbering or customer-facing experience, along with confidence in retail sales, upselling, and front desk support, can help you contribute to a smooth, welcoming shop experience.

Pay: $4,800.00-$7,000.00 per month
