Kipling Heights Medical Centre is looking for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic MOA to join our busy and welcoming clinic! Oscar Pro experience is preferable. This is an in-person position for evening and weekend shifts ONLY.

Clinic Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Shifts will vary based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities:
Scanning and uploading documents into EMR
Manage phone lines and patient inquiries
Book appointments
Respond to emails professionally
Communicate with patients, clinicians, and staff

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year medical medical office experience (primary care preferred)
Oscar Pro experience is strongly preferred
Robust communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Customer-service oriented and team-focused

Training will be provided; must be available Monday–Thursday during daytime hours for training

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
