Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Bearing & Power Transmission

Location: Grande Prairie Alberta

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

The Role

We're looking for a driven, reliable, customer-focused CSR with a passion for helping people and an interest in bearing and power transmission products. You're a proactive communicator who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person
Handle inquiries, order placement, product availability and technical support
Recommend products and spot upselling opportunities
Accurately enter and manage orders, quotes and customer information
Work closely with outside sales, purchasing and warehouse teams
Stay current on our product lines and industry trends
Contribute to process improvements and team success

What We’re Looking For




Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Experience in customer service, industrial sales or power transmission is a strong plus
Close attention to detail in data entry and order processing
Able to juggle multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting
A positive team player with a problem-solving attitude

Preferred Attributes
Customer service experience in mechanical, hydraulics, or bearings and power transmission
Comfortable in both service and sales, independently or as part of a team
Eager to learn new technologies and help build better systems
