Why this role is a robust chance

This is an entry point with a explicit path forward. We bring people in at the apprentice/junior level and train them properly on real projects. Those who show up consistently, learn the systems, and take ownership move into higher-paying technician roles and eventually crew lead positions as the company grows. You’ll gain real experience across different coating systems and project types instead of staying stuck in basic labour.
