This permanent, full-time position requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably with Millwright background. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery, high-speed lines, and IGU assembly equipment. This role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement, requiring effective problem-solving and flexibility to cover shifts when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mechanical diagnostics on high-speed production lines
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Troubleshoot and service motors,



pumps, and conveyors
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems
• Maintain equipment safety devices post-repair
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
