As a CX Test Automation Intern, you will turn support conversations into repeatable tests for a real AI video product. You will map workflows, reproduce failures, and ship automation into Engineering repositories and CI. This four-month co-op starts January 7, 2027, with an option to extend eight months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mine tickets for customer workflows and failure points
- Reproduce reported failures and write automated UI tests
- Document workflow steps, decisions, and failure modes
- Open pull requests and respond to code review
- Report flaky tests with clear reproduction steps

Requirements:

- Built and shipped something real with AI assistance
- Read Python and JavaScript or TypeScript code
- Identify edge cases and rank tests by user impact
- Communicate clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
- Understand business impact, ROI, and prospect cost
