Build dairy research experience at Lactalis Canada’s Ingleside Plant through product trials, formula analysis, and technical R&D; support.
As a Product Development Intern, you will support R&D; team members working on current products and product renovations. Your assignments include laboratory experiments, bench-top analysis, prototype scale-up, and formulation documentation. This chance is intended for students studying food science, dairy, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sampling plans during laboratory and production experiments
Analyze formulas for processing and manufacturing commissioning
Support trials introducing current or renovated products
Document formulations and raw ingredient specifications accurately
Ensure quality guides every assigned activity
Requirements:
Current post-secondary student in a related field
Strong discipline knowledge in food or dairy science
Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication
Excellent organization across multiple project assignments
Open-minded collaborative approach with team members
Develop practical dairy R&D; expertise by supporting trials, analysis, documentation, and quality at Lactalis Canada’s Ingleside Plant.
