On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors for a 12 month contract. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Calgary office.

Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Job Description:
The SCM Contracts Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day post-award administration of assigned project contracts, supporting contract onboarding, performance meetings, change management, and contract close-out. The role involves working closely with SCM Sourcing, Project Management, and Construction Management Teams to ensure contract activities are organized and aligned with established processes.

Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Responsibilities:
Administer assigned project contracts in accordance with SCM policies and procedures.
Review awarded contracts to understand scope and requirements.
Create and maintain contract files and trackers.
Coordinate supplier onboarding and kick-off meetings.
Monitor supplier performance against contractual requirements.
Manage and track contract changes and amendments.
Support or execute end-to-end sourcing activities.





Contract SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Mandatory Skills:
