Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager – Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons is looking for motivated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you’re a positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support your team during shifts
Set the standard for outstanding guest service
Train, coach, and develop team members
Identify opportunities to improve restaurant KPIs

What You Bring
2+ years of management experience in a quick-service environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to organize and motivate a team in a busy setting
Full time availability (40 hrs/week), including weekends
Availability for Days, Afternoons, and occasional Midnight shifts
