Indian Cuisine Chef – Biryani & Appetizers Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Cuisine Chef with a strong understanding of authentic Indian flavours, particularly biryani and traditional appetizers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing flavourful, consistent, high-quality dishes and a good understanding of Indian spices, marinades, cooking techniques, and regional cuisines.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Indian biryani and a variety of Indian appetizers.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
Understand and manage spice blends, marinades, and traditional cooking methods.
Ensure proper food preparation, storage, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist with menu improvements and contribute ideas where appropriate.
Manage kitchen preparation efficiently while maintaining food quality during busy periods.

Requirements
Previous experience working as a chef or cook specializing in Indian cuisine.




Strong knowledge of biryani preparation, particularly Hyderabadi-style biryani.
Experience preparing Indian appetizers, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Valuable understanding of spices, flavour combinations, and traditional Indian cooking techniques.
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent food quality.
Robust attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Compensation: Based on experience.
