Duties
Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from arrival to departure
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages promptly
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs)ensuring confidentiality and organization
Verify patient insurance details, Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, documentation, and necessary forms for appointments
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning documents,



and managing office supplies

Requirements
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients, providers, and insurance companies
Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Office experience in a healthcare environment is highly preferred
