Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a focus on food preparation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Previous restaurant, hotel, or kitchen experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced culinary setting.

Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients
Support cooking activities under supervision to ensure timely meal service
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to meet safety standards
Help with dishwashing and sanitation duties to uphold hygiene standards
Organize and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Support food service staff during busy periods by assisting with serving customers or guests when required
Follow all safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a protected working workplace

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industries is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to perform basic food preparation and cooking tasks
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
Previous hotel or restaurant experience is considered an asset but not mandatory
