Marketing Assistant — Fashion | Downtown Montreal
Your launchpad into fashion marketing

Recent grad, or dreaming of a career in marketing? Our client, a fashion company representing multiple premium brands, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their downtown Montreal team.

This is a true entry point into the industry: you'll work alongside the Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Operations teams and get hands-on experience across campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and PR — the kind of variety that builds a marketing career.

This career is 5 days in office downtown Montreal.

What you'll be doing
Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
Help plan and run campaign and e-commerce photoshoots (samples, styling logistics, shot lists, studio organization).
Organize and distribute marketing materials and digital assets to partners, keeping brand standards intact.
Manage product samples and inventory for photography, PR, and promotions.




Track marketing expenses and invoices, and provide day-to-day support on special projects.

Who we're looking for
Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field — new grads encouraged to apply
Career-changers from administration, coordination, or retail are also welcome.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Solid communicator; comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
A genuine interest in fashion and premium brands.
ERP or merchandising software experience is an asset — not a requirement.
