General Manager

Requirements & Competencies:
3 years of Cafe / Restaurant service management experience
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
PnL & budgeting knowledge with track records.
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused setting
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Minimum High School or GED
Preferred College/University degree in Management/Business related field
Qualifications and Physical Demands/Working Conditions(In compliance with the store’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures):
MUST hold valid FoodSafe Level 1 or above certificate
MUST hold valid Standard First Aid or above certificate
Great Customer Service skills are a must.
Lifting and/or carrying of merchandise items, as required, on a regular, frequent, and unassisted basis. Merchandise items may vary in weight from “light” to “heavy”.
Full-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $48,000-$52,000 annually (based on related experience)
