Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pizzaiolo to prepare and cook high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a rapid-paced restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate takes pride in consistent food preparation, works well with a team, and is committed to excellent service and food safety.

Responsibilities
Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
Stretch and shape dough, assemble pizzas, and cook them to the required quality and consistency.
Complete meal preparation tasks and support the kitchen team during service.
Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly store ingredients and equipment.
Follow food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely, accurate orders.




Help monitor ingredient levels and communicate when supplies need replenishing.

Experience
Previous kitchen experience is preferred; restaurant or food service experience is an asset.
Experience with cooking, food preparation, or meal preparation is beneficial.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is preferred.
Candidates with experience in the food industry or serving are encouraged to apply.
Robust attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods are key.

Pay: $17.60-$28.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
