Operate farm tractors for Clintar Landscape Management during the 2026/2027 Winter Season, supporting overnight snow clearing and de-icing operations. This on-call work depends on winter conditions.

As a Farm Tractor Operator, you will respond to snow and ice events across commercial, industrial, and institutional properties. The work includes operating John Deere 6150 and 5100 tractors, moving snow, protecting property, following LMN site instructions, and communicating with dispatch. Suitable candidates may have opportunities for permanent employment after winter.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to freezing rain, snow events, and overnight calls
- Operate tractors safely and move snow to designated storage areas
- Protect vehicles, landscaping, curbs, and customer property
- Follow site maps, route books,



and LMN instructions
- Report conditions, delays, incidents, hazards, and equipment issues

Requirements:

- Experience operating farm tractors in snowy conditions preferred
- Experience with John Deere 6150 and 5100 tractors preferred
- Availability on call 24/7, including weekends and holidays
- Valid Ontario Class G licence and good driving record
- Ability to drive standard and use LMN mobile applications
