Success Rehab Clinic is a multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Toronto offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, and massage therapy. We're building a collaborative, patient-centred team and looking for another part-time Physiotherapist to join us.

The current ideal days are Wednesdays and Fridays

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatment for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and post-injury conditions
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the clinic's EMR (Juvonno)
Collaborate with our chiropractors and RMT on shared patient care
Communicate professionally with patients, insurers, and referring providers (including WSIB/MVA documentation as needed)
Follow all CPO and PHIPA standards, plus clinic policies





Qualifications
Registered and in positive standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Professional liability insurance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with WSIB and/or motor vehicle accident (MVA) caseloads an asset
