Job Summary
Provide skilled massage therapy tailored to each client’s needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
Create a welcoming, respectful environment and deliver attentive customer service throughout each appointment.
Follow applicable licensing, sanitation, privacy, and professional-practice requirements.

Duties
Consult with clients about their health history, concerns, and desired outcomes; document relevant information accurately.
Assess client needs and select appropriate massage techniques, pressure, and session plans.
Explain services and aftercare clearly, using robust communication skills and appropriate medical terminology.
Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces and sanitize equipment and linens between appointments.
Keep timely, accurate client records while protecting confidential information.
Monitor client comfort during sessions and adjust techniques as needed.




Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues, and refer clients to an appropriate healthcare qualified when concerns fall outside the scope of massage therapy.

Experience

Training or experience in massage therapy and a sound understanding of anatomy, contraindications, and safe practice.
Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills.
Ability to use medical terminology appropriately and maintain clear, accurate documentation.
Professional, dependable, and attentive to client comfort, privacy, and individual needs.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
