Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Serve customers efficiently at the counter, taking orders accurately and providing friendly assistance
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions quickly and accurately
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food inventory management,
restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory checks
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is advantageous
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
