We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant to join our energetic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support the dental practitioners, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Duties
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and effective environment
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including orthodontics and pediatric dentistry
Take and develop dental radiographs (CAD experience preferred)
Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
Manage patient records using dental software such as Epic and Dentrix
Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle administrative tasks similar to a dental receptionist role
Maintain accurate medical terminology documentation and assist with inventory management




Support the overall workflow of the clinic by ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout their visit

Skills
Certification as a Dental Assistant with current licensure or registration
Proficiency in dental software platforms such as Dentrix
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dental care
Experience in dental assisting procedures, including radiography (CAD skills are a plus)
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including children
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous but not required
