Join the Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew to help keep sidewalks transparent, accessible, and safe during winter conditions. This hands-on role involves outdoor work, coordinated crew efforts, and attention to changing site conditions. Crew leads help organize daily tasks and support consistent, careful work across assigned areas.

Duties
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and pedestrian routes using appropriate tools and equipment.
Coordinate work areas, communicate changing conditions, and help the crew complete tasks safely and efficiently.
Guide crew members, monitor completed areas, and report hazards or maintenance needs.
Support seasonal landscape maintenance tasks as assigned, including basic site care.

Skills

Required: Practical ability to perform outdoor, hands-on work,



follow directions, communicate clearly, and coordinate tasks with a crew. Leadership and sound judgment help maintain protected, organized work and reliable coverage across pedestrian areas. Preferred: Snow removal from sidewalks/walkways, supervising experience, and construction experience are practical strengths. Your impact: Clear, well-maintained sidewalks help pedestrians move safely and give colleagues confidence that assigned areas are covered.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 60.0 per week
