Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to provide welcoming and productive service in a hospitality-focused workplace at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Park Town Hotel. The ideal candidate enjoys helping guests, works well with a team, and can balance accuracy with a positive attitude during busy service periods. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Duties
Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide attentive guest services throughout their visit.
Take and enter orders accurately using a POS system; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
Serve food and beverages promptly, checking that orders meet guest requests.
Describe menu items and make thoughtful recommendations, including appropriate upselling.
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff about orders, modifications, and timing.




Support food preparation and food handling tasks as needed, following food safety procedures.
Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas; follow sanitation standards.
Manage multiple tables and tasks with strong time management while maintaining a courteous, professional manner.

Experience
Food service, restaurant, food industry, or hospitality experience is required.
Comfortable with basic math, cashiering, and handling cash accurately.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
