Join our winter maintenance crew to help keep sidewalks and pedestrian areas explicit, protected, and accessible throughout the winter season.
This hands-on role involves outdoor work in changing weather conditions
Training and guidance will be provided for site procedures and equipment.
Responsibilities
Transparent snow and debris from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated pedestrian areas.
Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Inspect work areas for hazards and report conditions that may affect pedestrian safety.
Follow established safety procedures and work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors.
Qualifications
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in cold, wet, and changing weather conditions.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
Comfortable using or learning to use hand tools and power tools.
Mechanical knowledge and experience with equipment maintenance are helpful.
