Coordinate the residency occupancy plan and compliance
Facilitate recruitment and training of the initial workforce

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Health Administration or related field
Comprehensive management experience in long-term care
Long Term Care Administrator certification required
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices
