Job Summary

The Dental Assistant supports smooth, attentive dental care by preparing treatment areas, assisting during procedures, and helping patients understand what to expect. This role also contributes to organized clinical workflows and a welcoming experience for patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments, maintain orderly work areas, and support infection-control procedures.
Assist the dental team during patient care, anticipate needs, and communicate calmly with patients throughout visits.
Update patient records and coordinate scheduling or front-desk tasks as needed to keep care moving efficiently.

Requirements

Required:



Practical dental assisting capabilities, transparent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and support patient care. Familiarity with medical terminology helps you communicate effectively with the dental team and patients. Preferred: Experience as a dental receptionist or exposure to Orthodontics or Pediatrics is helpful; familiarity with Epic, Dentrix, or CAD can support clinical and administrative workflows.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
