Job Role: PeopleSoft Admin and Support

Location: Mississauga, Canada(Hybrid)

:
Administer and support PeopleSoft settings (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD).
Install, configure, and maintain PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler components.
Monitor application servers, process schedulers, and web servers for performance and availability.
Perform PeopleSoft application migrations using Change Assistant, DPK, and other migration tools.
Execute PeopleTools upgrades, PUM updates, patches, and security fixes.
Troubleshoot system performance, connectivity, batch processing, and integration issues.
Manage user security, roles, permission lists, and access controls.
Support integration technologies including Integration Broker.
Coordinate release management activities and ensure successful deployments across environments.
Monitor logs and perform root cause analysis for production issues.




Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles

Location: Mississauga, Canada(Hybrid)

:
Build and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP Web Services.
Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, XML reports, and Queries.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and system implementations.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Optimize SQL performance and support Oracle database-related activities
