Drive store performance through merchandising, loss prevention, and operational leadership at TJX Canada’s WINNERS store in Vancouver. This Assistant Store Manager role is based at 491 8th Avenue West.

You will oversee key retail functions while supporting sales, expenses, customer service, and store efficiency. The position requires leadership across frontline, backroom, cash office, shipping, receiving, scheduling, and markdowns. You will also coordinate action plans, company initiatives, and succession planning input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key operations across frontline, backroom, and cash office

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of retail leadership experience
• Assistant or Store Manager experience required
• Robust knowledge of store operations and customer service
