Securitas Canada Limited is seeking a Security Supervisor with six months to one year of supervisory experience. This position supports selecting and onboarding personnel, establishing procedures, and preparing both sites for launch. Robust candidates understand access control, patrols, alarms, investigations, and incident management. Microsoft Office and electronic workforce, reporting, and security management systems are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help select, onboard, and train security personnel before launch
- Support operations setup and implementation at both sites
- Assist with post orders and staff expectations
- Help establish team vision,



culture, and operating standards
- Provide support throughout contract startup and transition

Requirements:

- Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid certification
- CPR and Smart Service Certification, or willingness to obtain
- Security supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of property protection legislation and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security systems
