Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered or Resident Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility
Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercises, and modalities as appropriate
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards within the clinical workplace

Skills
Proven experience working in hospital settings, particularly in acute care environments
Solid background in pediatric physiotherapy and patient care for diverse age groups
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
Ability to assess complex cases quickly and develop effective treatment strategies
Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
