Job Summary

The RMT supports clients through attentive, professional service and transparent communication. This role involves understanding client needs, explaining relevant information, and maintaining accurate records to help ensure a smooth, respectful experience.

Duties
Travel to clients location to provide services
Use medical terminology accurately when discussing relevant information, and explain unfamiliar terms in clear, accessible language.
Maintain organized, accurate records and handle client information with care.
Coordinate with colleagues to share relevant updates and support consistent service.

Qualifications

Required: Strong communication and customer service capabilities,



attention to detail, and the ability to use medical terminology appropriately while keeping records accurate. Preferred: Related customer service experience and familiarity with medical terminology, along with a calm, considerate approach to supporting clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
