As Senior Manager, Refinery Operations Support, you will lead Process Training, Process Continuous Improvement, and Process Scheduling teams. Your work supports safe, reliable, and productive refinery operations through operational leadership, safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and sustainable improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead training, scheduling, improvement, emergency preparedness, and support teams
Champion operating procedures, incident investigations, and emergency readiness
Drive cross-functional improvements that enhance productivity and reliability

Requirements:
