Group Retirement Services Operations needs an experienced transformation leader for a large, complex enterprise program. You will coordinate business, technology, operations, finance, risk, change management, and delivery partners. Your leadership will establish accountability, manage dependencies, and connect implementation with adoption and advantage realization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead integrated execution across projects, workstreams, teams, and delivery partners
Manage scope, milestones, resources, financials, risks, dependencies, and readiness
Lead governance and Steering Committee activities for senior decision-making
Coordinate priorities, sequencing, accountabilities,



and delivery across functions
Own executive reporting and monitor outcomes, advantages, and resolution actions

Requirements:
Group retirement business experience or knowledge
Significant experience leading complex transformation programs
Expertise in integrated planning, financial management, risks, issues, and dependencies
Experience facilitating senior decisions in matrixed organizations
Program delivery experience using Agile, waterfall, iterative, or hybrid approaches
