Key Responsibilities:
Advance strategic direction collaboratively with the Board of Directors
Translate business plans into measurable priorities and practical actions

Report financial, operational, and performance updates to the Board

Requirements:
Minimum five years of progressive senior leadership experience
Post-secondary education in business, commerce, economics, or related field
Experience with strategic planning, financial management, and operations
Understanding of corporate governance and Board collaboration
Experience working with Indigenous organizations, First Nations, or communities preferred
