Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a lawyer with 5 to 7 years of experience in business law, primarily in corporate and transactional matters, to join its Montreal office.The ideal candidate will have solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as a good understanding of financing matters.Your Role You will take an active role in managing transactions and advising business clients on a variety of matters. Your responsibilities will include:Managing and overseeing transactions, files and related client relationshipsSupervising due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitionsDrafting and reviewing various commercial and transactional agreements,
