Randstad Canada seeks desktop support expertise for recent technology device deployments. You will install, analyze, and support desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and application software. The work includes replacing hardware, installing applications, and preparing Windows 11 devices for users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy new laptops and tablets for employees
- Replace outdated laptop and desktop hardware
- Configure equipment with Windows 11 operating system
- Install required applications on new devices
- Ship devices and reclaim old equipment remotely

Requirements:

- Technical university degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- One to three years installing and supporting desktop environments
- Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software problems
- Windows 11 configuration and use proficiency is an asset
- Previous customer service focused experience is preferred
