Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and efficient Line Cooks/Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food industry standards, excellent kitchen skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary skills.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed




Support team members during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Adhere to serving protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction with each dish served

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Familiarity with the food industry, including serving and food service procedures
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable but not mandatory for motivated learners

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
