Company Description

GG Central is Waterloo’s home for competitive and casual gaming. Since opening in January 2026, we’ve been running 20 high-end gaming PCs, three PS5s and a Nintendo Switch 2, all on quick, low-ping internet, plus a snack bar to keep players fuelled. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for one more person to join us.

Why Work at GG Central?

At GG Central, you can build a career in the gaming industry from the inside while doing what you love. You’ll get hands-on with the latest releases as they drop, and when the cafe is quiet, you’re welcome to jump on a rig and play during your shift. Every shift, you’ll meet recent people who share your passion for games, from competitive grinders to casual players.

Along the way, you’ll learn how a gaming business really runs, from hardware and setups to day-to-day operations and building a community.
