The Operational Support 2 – Driver Licencing role supports transparent, consistent administration of driver licencing activities. You will help process enquiries and related information, follow established procedures, and keep work organised and accurate. Responsibilities
Respond to driver licencing enquiries, listen carefully, and explain relevant information in a clear, courteous manner.
Review and process documents and records, checking details for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organised records and update information in line with established procedures.
Refer complex or unusual matters to the appropriate colleague and share relevant updates to support timely follow-up.

Clear communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records are essential for handling enquiries and processing information reliably. Preferred: Related administrative or customer service experience, along with a patient, organised approach, can help you support diverse enquiries and work effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $20.92 per hour
