As Workstation Channel Strategy and Route-to-Market Lead, you will define growth through distributors, resellers, VARs, specialist partners, and other indirect channels. The role identifies prospects across geographies, industries, customer types, and partner segments. You will align portfolio needs, enablement, investments, and success metrics with Channel, Alliances, Marketing, Product, and Business Activation teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Define worldwide Workstation channel strategy and route-to-market approaches
Identify growth opportunities across partner segments and geographies
Develop partner segmentation, route priorities,



and portfolio recommendations
Build joint business plans with priority technology partners
Assess performance and address route friction across channels

Requirements:
Five-plus years in channel or commercial strategy
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Understanding of distributor, reseller, VAR, and specialist channels
Experience designing partner programs or joint business planning
Solid analytical and executive communication skills
