This Maintenance Technician Team Lead coordinates daily maintenance activities and priorities. You will coach technicians, respond to breakdowns, and minimize operational downtime. The work requires automated-equipment experience, drawing interpretation, and basic PLC troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues
Respond to breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
Coach, train, and support maintenance technicians
Coordinate maintenance priorities and communicate equipment risks

Requirements:
Ontario 433A Millwright certificate or equivalent experience
Three to five years maintaining automated industrial equipment
Robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
