At Sienna, you will build relationships with residents and families while supporting comfort, dignity, respect, and fulfilling daily lives. This Long Term Care position includes resident assistance, communication support, mobility access, and participation in meaningful programs.

You will contribute to the culture of the home through individual care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming activities
Encourage residents to use glasses and hearing aids
Administer prescribed medication after required training
Maintain access to canes, walkers, and call bells




Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and oral care

Requirements:
Completed approved Personal Support Worker program
Compassion for seniors and meaningful resident support
Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
Tact and diplomacy with seniors, families, and visitors
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
