As a Registered Counselling Therapist or Clinical Specialist RSW/MSW Social Worker, you will address psychosocial problems related to injury, trauma, and mental illness. The position supports diverse adult clients referred privately, by employers, insurers, and third-party organizations. You will use goal-focused therapeutic approaches while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Registration with Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists
Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, social work, or related field
Experience treating mental health symptoms among adult clients
Training in CBT, ACT, or CPT approaches
Experience preparing assessment, progress, and discharge reports
