The AI Support Analyst provides front-line assistance across the firm’s AI portfolio. You will resolve common and intermediate issues, escalate complex engineering matters, and own one product as point of contact. The position also supports Level 3 engineering, QA testers, and knowledge development.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer AI questions through tickets, channels, email, and direct queries
Capture queries and resolutions in structured knowledge documentation
Resolve common issues and escalate complex engineering issues
Reproduce issues, gather evidence, and validate fixes
Maintain FAQs,

Requirements:
Experience in enterprise technical, service desk, or application support
Familiarity with M365 and robust interest in AI products
Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
Robust verbal, written, and end-user communication skills
Experience reading and writing technical documentation
