In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our TELUS business customers and sales team, helping businesses stay connected while keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and being part of a rapid-paced, supportive team, this could be your next chance!

What You'll Do
Support Business Customers: Answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver remarkable customer service.
Keep Sales Moving: Assist our sales team with orders, activations, billing, appointments, and account management.
Solve Problems: Troubleshoot wireless, internet, and business communication services.
Manage the Details: Coordinate inventory, returns, repairs, and online customer accounts.
Be a Team Player: Support walk-in customers, internal teams, and daily office operations.

What You Bring
A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.




Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Confidence with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
The ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a busy workplace.
Experience in customer service, sales support, or telecommunications is an asset.
Familiarity with cloud and business communication solutions is a bonus!
You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll help you learn!
