This Research Associate supports Equity Research Analysts and senior team members at a mining-focused investment dealer. The work combines capital markets, geology or mining knowledge, detailed modelling, and research writing. You will contribute to company, sector, commodity, and thematic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Write company, sector, and commodity research reports
Build NAV and DCF financial models
Analyze financial statements, technical reports, and press releases
Adapt research for digital and social media channels
Answer clients and support Sales and Trading marketing

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in geology, mining, metallurgy, finance, or commerce
One to three years of equity research experience preferred
Metals, mining, or commodity markets experience is an asset
Solid quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel; Python or AI tools experience is an asset
