Lead complex quotations and sales support for Brandt’s Order Desk in Regina, Saskatchewan, coordinating teams, customers, and dealer inquiries daily.

As Order Desk Lead, you will guide Sales Coordinators while supporting quoting, order entry, and customer communication. The work includes collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment. You will improve workflows, monitor metrics, and support whole goods orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex and custom quotation requests with Engineering and Senior Sales
Guide Sales Coordinators through daily quoting and sales support
Verify whole goods order entries for accuracy
Communicate acknowledgements, delivery dates, and shipping details
Back up the Order Desk Manager as needed

Requirements:
Experience supporting sales teams or dealer networks
Inside sales, order desk, or parts coordination experience preferred
Ability to lead, coach, or mentor a small team
Solid customer service and courteous communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and equipment configuration knowledge
